Description

Mr. Paroo's expertise lies in complex health care systems, academic health care institutions, technology companies, and venture-funded startups. He specializes in business turnarounds, transition management of academic health care centers, market strategy formulation and execution, and organization governance. Mr. Paroo continues to serve on the boards of several private, public and social sector organizations.

Mr Iqbal Paroo came to AKU as early as 1977 and joined the planning team, working on feasibility studies, working on spaces and setting up the hospital systems. He now lives in Florida, USA.
