Abstract

The article focuses on a study that aims to promote and validate the use of Heart Pack, a home-based self-help package for cardiac rehabilitation. The package is composed of a set of information sheets, a quiz and an exercise and relaxation plan designed to provide a rehabilitation program for frontline nurses. It is designed to meet individual needs and provide information on the benefits of health promotion, risk reduction and disease prevention. Using the package will solve the problems of traveling and conflicting work schedules.
