Abstract

the second trimester. The most common causative lesions are congenital pulmonary airway malformation (CPAM) and bronchopulmonary pulmonary sequestration. Few studies have described the prognosis, prenatal and postnatal management of these lesions. Here, we report one of the few cases of CPAM managed successfully in Pakistan with favourable outcomes.
