Vulval Lymphangioma: The cause still a Mystery?

Abstract
Lymphangioma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of multiple warty lesions involving the vulva and treatment by wide local excision should be accompanied by frozen section assessment of the deep and lateral margins to reduce the recurrence rate.
