The art of parenting: Manual for master trainers
This manual has two parts:
1. "Aagosh", which caters to parenting children from the time of conception to nine years of age.
2. "Parwarish", this caters to parenting adolescents and teenagers aged nine to nineteen, addresses the unique challenges and opportunities of parenting.
