Infertility is a condition of the male or female reproductive system defined by the inability to achieve a pregnancy after 12 or more months of regular unprotected intercourse. Thirty percent of reproductive-aged couples in sub–Saharan Africa are affected by infertility. Assisted reproductive technologies (ART) are used to overcome the barriers to conception posed by infertility. To our knowledge, there is limited data on infertility in our setting
