Description
Programme for the official Charter Presentation Ceremony of The Aga Khan University, held in 1983. The event included Tilawat-e-Qur’an-e-Pak, speeches by Mr. Rahmatullah, President of the Ismailia Federal Council for Pakistan; Mr. Shamsheer Kassim-Lakha, Chairman, University’s Representative Board; His Excellency President General Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq; and His Highness the Aga Khan. The ceremony concluded with the formal presentation of the University’s Charter, followed by gift exchanges and refreshments.
