Systemic social brand management, as a factor of safety of patients

Abstract

Introduction: The application of the system of social brand «Human Health in a system of health protection» we were assured safety of health of patients who applied. Brand (idea, design, symbolism) approved by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the implementation of all actors of society constitutional right to health (article 29 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan). The system of social, legal, financial, patient safety issues in their «Health, Welfare, Education» with other actors of society is social entrepreneurship franchise, as opposed to the social and commercial (business).

Methods of social brand management: Patient safety is an organization with the right to the brand with the signing of the declaration of the patient transfer their rights to the protection of the «health and welfare» on the principles of «legal representation».

Getting the organization right to the brand (brand franchise) is the contract, which according to law is registered in the Ministry of Justice and thus increases the assurance of patient safety.

Instrument performance were socio-entrepreneurial corporations, public plan provides accelerated massive social and financial mobilization of all actors in society through the development of partnerships in matters of «Health, Welfare, Education» of each.

Implementation and results: Brand tested Central Kazakhstan Association predprinimatley, The Eurasian Association of Entrepreneurs, The Forum of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan, Kazakhstan Association of donors, next society associations, The Confederation of Free Trade Unions of Kazakhstan, «Workers Union mining, coal, mining, «Decent Work».

The brand is supported by the Ministry of Health, The National Company "Entrepreneurship Development Fund" Damu / Development «National Company» Socio-Entrepreneurial Corporation «Sary-Arka», Congress of Entrepreneurs of Russia and Central Asia, The Franchise Association of Kazakhstan.

Scientific substantiation of the brand was The School of Public Health, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and The European Office of the World Health Organization, Karaganda State Medical University, Karaganda Economic University Kazakh Consumers, Ural University of Economics of the Russian Federation.

Discussion and conclusions: In a market economy, the deepening of market relations acute need for the active participation of all members of society, especially the population affected (the main consumer of services) to create demand and attract investment to the issues of his «health, safety, education».

Folding vector funds for European, Islamic, Chinese, etc. principles, along with the commodity-trade marketing (eg Coca-Cola) gave way and the standards of Europe (ICO 9001), Islam (Halal), China (Item-Shop).

In these circumstances, the brand can translate these systems of rival opposition in matters of prices, mortgages, loans, interest, loss of use of their opportunities to the individual patient to ensure its safety and rapid development of the real sector of the economy (domestic medicine, medical science and education).
