Abstract

Patients of Non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas may develop neurological signs and symptoms. This case is of a 76 year old male recently diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and on chemotherapy who presented with sudden bilateral leg weakness and inability to walk. The signs and symptoms, neurological examinations and Nerve conduction studies revealed a polyneuropathy which was consistent with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS). This has been seen in patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma but is rare in NHL.
