Introduction:

This workshop is intended for all practicing doctors, nurses and health care professionals who are either engaged in conducting research in the domain of NCDs or those who are interested to develop an understanding of the basics of conducting Clinical Trials. Moreover, the workshop also aims to develop understanding of economic evaluation in relation to clinical trials

Objectives:

At the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

• Understand the basics of designing a clinical trial
• Develop a research question to be pursued as a clinical trial
• Carry out economic evaluation of a clinical trial
