Abstract
One of the urgent tendencies of perfection of medical education is the development connections between different discipline, which can be supplied with the new federal state educational standard, creation on the basis of modular and competition of the approaches of the integrated programs of specialities, which would be not the simple sum of the programs of subjects, as now, and would make a single unit. Essence of postgraduate education essentially varies which should be maximum flexible and have a modular type of training.
